Business Challenge
The water plant is processing the water of the Seine river to deliver drinking water to reservoirs and pumping stations connected to the south suburbs water networks of Paris.
The Supervision & Control system must ensure a continuous service without failure on:
- 20 functional Units of the main plant, managed by 120 PLC;
- More than 90 remote areas:
- 15 reservoirs and 15 secondary plants
- 30 chemical stations (chlorine processing and analysis)
- 2 pollution alert stations
- More than 30 valves and inter-communication chambers
