For a future major sporting event requiring the building of new venues and infrastructure, a major construction consortium was asked to deliver a document control system to help manage the project.

• A new document control system was required to be implemented and rolled out to over 200 users in 3 months.

• Included in the project were regular communication to stakeholders, business process design, and full system testing. 
• On go-live, Atos Origin migrated the POC data to the production system and currently provide infrastructure and database support.
