We also offer development opportunities through the Atos University, which also facilitates eLearning.

We have in place a Performance Management process and system that uses simple assessment criteria so we can work with our employees to identify clear objectives that can be achieved each year and to assess any training and development needs to meet these goals.

The Atos University brings together all our training and development resources in one place online. It is a global resource center that offers you advice, helps you plan next steps and find the courses and training programs you need. At the AU, you take responsibility for your own development with support from line managers and others.
