At the moment I am responsible for the Business Planning, and am the International focal point for Managed Operations Teams. I am in touch with the MO Atos Origin organizations around the world, sharing business and technical knowledge and resources we need to grow our offering as well as ensuring that we can provide high quality services on a local level.
I joined Atos Origin in Italy, 11 years ago, after valuable experience in an international ICT Company, where I initially worked on the technical side, moving from being a system programmer to managing the Data Center.
I’ve gained excellent experience in Atos Origin, as I have had the opportunity not only to grow my technical skills but also to develop business and commercial skills, that are fundamental to my daily work. Costs analysis, competitive service offering, and focusing on P& L are some of my key activities. I also work closely and keep in regular contact with delivery managers and bid support teams on both a local and an international level. We work together to set up a competitive proposition for our clients, offering high levels of service as well as delivering profitable business for our company.
To succeed we need to continuously adapt our offer to clients, to anticipate and respond continuously to what they need. That makes every day in my job completely different.
It's interesting dealing with people from around the world because on one hand every country, every nationality, every team is different and yet what makes Atos Origin successful is our one company culture. We share goals and ambitions and we think and move in the same direction to achieve them.
