Atos Origin reaffirms its strategy in payments
Paris, 17 March 2010 -
The Group reminds that it presented its strategy in payments during the Investor Day held on June 12th, 2009 when it clearly stated that during the next 18 to 36 months, as a leader in payment systems in Europe, the Group would systematically examine assets that may become available in the payment area. The Group will only proceed, by itself or in partnership, after an assessment of the value of any such asset, the potential synergies with the Group and in accordance with the Group’s financial capacities and prudent financial discipline. Atos Origin will not comment on individual situations.
