The Event


Expo Zaragoza 2008 is an International Exposition regulated by the B.I.E., the French abbreviation for the International Expositions Bureau (Bureau International des Expositions).
This themed Expo around Water and Sustainable development will last from 14 June until 14 of September 2008.

 

The Project


Atos Origin was selected by the organizing committee of the event to provide a complete solution to manage its 25,000 volunteers from recruitment to the actual shifts during the event. The project started in November 2006 and will conclude after the closing of the event in September 2008.
Atos Origin is a software supplier selected through a public tender and is not a sponsor of the event.
