Test & Acceptance Services consist in professionalizing and industrializing the qualification process for business processes and applications before they are actually rolled-out.

Design Phase

We leverage our mix of business and technical excellence to second our Clients in rigging up a clean and ready stage for the further execution of risk-free and efficient operations. This very critical work entails to:

  • Define the Test & Acceptance Service scope in terms of processes and applications at stake, organizations impacted, technologies involved and costs

  • Elaboration and formalization of implementation scenario
  • Business case including TCO and ROI projections 

Build phase

We take care that all stakeholders understand perfectly what is at stake, what the scope is and how it is meant to serve Client’s superior objectives. The dual authority organization is then put in place with the assignment of unambiguous responsibilities and the preparation of controlled Test & Acceptance Services through a clear and forward-looking transition plan. This plan also caters for the implementation of best practices and test and acceptance processes as well as for the deployment of fit-for-purpose tools such as those from Mercury, Merant, Princeton Software, IBM Rational or Compuware. Performance metrics will also be carefully chosen as part of our contractual commitment to result, be it over a single project or a multi-year engagement.

 

Operate phase

The Operate phase sees the actual fully blown execution of tests, after the transfer of responsibility is effective, work load calculations finalized, physical data and platforms validated, test books updated and released. All test campaign results are then thoroughly evaluated and reported for performance appraisal and very importantly, they serve as a platform to propose further and continuous improvement and rationalization of the application portfolio.
