To support our ambitions for our people and for our company, we have implemented both local and global talent management programs.
- Atos Origin University
In 2007, we founded Atos University to achieve high performance in sales and marketing. Atos University trained a thousand international sales and marketing experts in 2008 and has been recognized as a precious resource that is helping the company achieve its strategic objectives. Progressively, we are developing and providing more contents for different professional areas in order to establish the Atos University as the virtual centre for competencies’ development.
- GOLD Program
GOLD (Global Organizational Leadership Development) is a one year training program that helps our employees to work on their leadership style. Participants are coming from all around the world. The objective is to prepare high potentials identified by the Group while preparing them to leadership management and developing internal networking. It also aims at encouraging team work, global cooperation, networking and experience sharing.
- Fosting international mobility through a global program. The aim is to develop our people international competencies and global mindset. It is also an excellent “springboard” for growth opportunities.

We are a global company, which respects and values the personal and cultural diversity available to us. Some of the local initiatives include:
- In Spain, Atos Origin has created a committee responsible for implementing the Equity Plan between Women and Men in the different activities of the Group locally. Moreover, the company has signed a collaboration agreement with the Spanish Coordinator for the European Women's Lobby (CELEM,) to encourage the participation of women in IT.
- Atos Origin in Brazil encourages the hiring of disabled people and aims at raising awareness about disabled issues and has established a specific Diversity programme.
- Atos Origin in France has developed a specific Diversity Plan to encourage the hiring of disabled people into its activities. The plan is being rolled out into all its business activities. In 2008, Atos Worldline has also put in place a Diversity Plan and created an internal unit ‘Mission Handicap’ that reports to the Human Resources Department.
