Intel has played a significant role in the evolution of Atos Origin’s Adaptive Workplace. Intel® vPro™ technology was first unveiled in April 2006, but Atos Origin has been collaborating with Intel® since May 2005.
Based on this long standing and on-going partnership, this allows us to include integrated Dynamic Virtual Clients (DVC) and Intel® Core™ vPro™ technology in our solution.

PCs powered by an Intel® Core™ i5 vPro™ processor adapt to the needs of your business through smart security, cost-saving manageability and intelligent performance. The Intel® Core™ vPro™ processor family is also designed to keep downtime and desk-side visits to a minimum, enabling remote monitoring, diagnosis, and repair of PCs—even if they’re shut down or the OS is unresponsive.

Atos Origin performs extensive testing on Intel® Core™ vPro™ and Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT). This allows Atos Origin to offer the new solution features almost as soon as systems with Intel® Core™ vPro™ technology are released to the market.
